Where are my Downloads?

I've purchased the premium account/cheatsheet, how do I download it?

You should have received an email with a link to your download.
First check your Spam filter, if you still don't have it, send us an email with your order details and we will resend your download link.

Training in my Country

Do you offer training in my country?

No, we are an online only training company. All of our training is delivered on the web which allows anyone with an internet connection to learn, and keeps the price of our products low.

Training Materials

Are all the training materials up to date for 2018?

Yes, we make sure all the training materials and videos are up to date whenever Cisco revise the CCNA and CCENT syllabuses.

Minimum Requirements for Bootcamp Course

How much bandwidth do I need?

You should have a minimum of 500 kbps (0.5 mbps) available to you for watching Internetwork Training videos to avoid buffering.

Can I download the videos for offline viewing?

Our CCNA bootcamp is a streaming service only, there is no option for offline viewing.

What browsers do you support?

We support all major browsers, including IE7+, FireFox 3.5+, Chrome 10.0+, Safari S5+, and Opera 11+.

Can I play the videos on my iPad or other mobile device?

Our CCNA bootcamp uses the most common video formats available for online viewing, if the trial videos work on your device or computer then so will the rest of the course videos.

What software do I need to view the course?

Our videos require a web browser capable of playing online video, and you will need JavaScript and cookies enabled on your browser.

How can I suggest a new topic?

If we receive a significant number of requests for the same topic we will endevor to create it.

How do I get the course materials?

Each video has a link to the downloadable PDF of the course materials.

How often is new content published?

We add new videos and content regularly based on feedback we receive from our students.

Can I play the videos back at a faster speed?

No, the videos can only be played back at the recorded speed.

Can I log in from more than one computer?

Your Internetwork Training account is for your individual use only, however you can log in from any internet-connected computer. Please be aware that sharing your account is strictly disallowed by our terms of use for more information.

Accounts are monitored, and can be terminated should we find evidence of multiple users sharing the same account.

Pricing and Payment

How do I pay to get the complete CCNA Bootcamp?

You will have the opportunity to enroll on the complete CCNA bootcamp during the third free video.

Can I buy access for just one month?

No, the cost of our CCNA Bootcamp/Premium account includes 6 months access to the course material.
You can of course take the exam whenever you feel ready.

At the end of the 6 months will I get charged again?

No, our CCNA Bootcamp and Premium accounts are a one-time payment. Although this can be extended on your request for an additional fee should you require it.

Do you offer academic institution discounts?

No, we believe our prices are already very good value for money.

Do you accept purchase orders or checks as a method of payment?

No, we only accept payment via the our website.

Do you offer multi-user licenses?

Currently we only offer our Premium and CCNA Bootcamp to individuals.
If you require more licenses, you will require a separate account for each student.
